All orders are shipped by our team directly from our main warehouses in Japan and Hong Kong.
The shipping fee is determined according to the logistics timeliness of each country/region. Simply add products to your cart and use the shipping calculator to see shipping costs.
For international orders (outside of the USA) we do not prepay customs fees or import taxes, so you may be need to pay these when your package arrives depending on how your country handles it.

12 months international warranty – we’ve got you covered
MAGPIEC Cases come with a one-year warranty per purchase. Within 2 years of purchase, MAGPIEC is happy to provide one (1) free replacement per product purchased. This warranty holds up regardless of the cause of the damage or issue. We just ask you to pay for the shipping! Order for the replacement must be placed within 7 days of receiving the discount code.

Is Camera well protected by your cases?
All of our cases feature raised bezels around the camera and integrated camera protection. Therefore your phones camera will not touch flat surfaces while phone is being lied on its back.
